Ingredients (makes 2 drinks):
3 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
4 oz Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Peruvian Pisco
Ruby Red Ice Cubes
Crystal Geyser Sparkling Water Ice Cubes

Food Pairing: Emerald Valley salsa, Black Diamond extra sharp cheddar cheese, whole wheat flat bread fashioned into diamond shapes and made into layers.
